Hiroyuki Ohsaki received the M. E. degree in the Information and Computer Sciences from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1995. He also received the Ph. D. degree from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1997. He is currently an associate professor at Department of Information Networking, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University, Japan. His research work is in the area of traffic management in high-speed networks. He is a member of IEEE and Institute of Electronics, Information, and Computer Engineers of Japan (IEICE). His e-mail address is oosaki[atmark]ist.osaka-u.ac.jp
